Elizabeth Moseley will likely be the first person you see when you walk through our door. She is the one who checks patients in and alerts the clinical staff that you are here. She also makes lots of appointments on the telephone, so you will likely hear her voice when you call us.

Rachel Hazelip also answers the phone and makes appointments. She is the one you will visit on your way out or on your way to visit our surgery scheduler. Rachel is quick on the draw, so she will probably answer your next phone call to us.

Sharon Johnson is our surgery scheduler. She can give patients prices on all the procedures of interest once the patient and surgeon have determined what would be the best options. She also has information regarding financing of cosmetic procedures. She schedules procedures in the office, at the surgery center and at the hospital.

Jean Lilley is our insurance representative. She verifies insurance coverage for procedures that qualify for coverage and acts as a liaison between the patient and the insurance company. Jean helps the patient make sure their procedure will be covered before surgery takes place and can answer all your insurance questions.

Diane Garris is our part-time transcriptionist. She comes in at various times throughout the week and keeps our transcription up to date. Although she is technically a "front office" employee, she works upstairs in an office all her own.
